Collection: Baba Banda Singh Bahadur

Baba Banda Singh Bahadur (1670–1716) was a brave Sikh warrior and the first military commander of the Khalsa under Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s guidance. He led a historic uprising against the Mughal Empire and established Sikh rule in Punjab, starting with the victory at Sirhind in 1710. He introduced land reforms, giving land back to farmers, and ruled with justice and equality. Captured and martyred in 1716, his courage and sacrifice made him a legendary figure in Sikh history.
