Guru Nanak Dev Ji – Founder of Sikhism

Guru Nanak Dev Ji was born on April 15, 1469, in Talwandi (Nankana Sahib, Pakistan). He was the first Sikh Guru and founded Sikhism in the 15th century. He taught that there is one God (Ik Onkar) for all people, regardless of religion or caste. His core teachings include:- Naam Japna, Kirat Karo. Vand Chhako.

He traveled widely to spread his message of equality, unity, and love, and his teachings are recorded in the Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh holy scripture.
