Baba Deep Singh Ji (1682–1757) was a revered Sikh warrior, scholar, and martyr. A devout disciple of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, he helped in writing the Guru Granth Sahib Ji and was deeply committed to Sikh values. He is most remembered for his heroic stand in the Battle of Amritsar, where he fought to defend the Golden Temple. Even after being fatally wounded, he continued fighting with unmatched determination. Baba Deep Singh Ji is a symbol of sacrifice, faith, and courage in Sikh history.
